Landscaping

David Lloyd Contractors have been involved in many different soft landscaping projects. The largest project being the landscaping of the new terminal at John Lennon Airport in Liverpool for Bovis Lend Lease in November 2003. Work at the site included the car parking areas as well as the high security air side, which required criminal checks to be completed before starting work.
Invaluable experience has been gained by all staff involved of working on a large scale landscaping scheme, where high security is paramount.

 All aspects of soft landscaping work is offered including:

• Planting of trees and shrubs 
• Ground and planting preparation
• Fitting and removal of tree shelters
• Importing and spreading of topsoil
• Grass seeding
• Watering of recently landscaped areas
• Rotavating
• Importing and spreading of bark mulch to flower beds
• Maintenance of sites once landscaping work is complete

Risk Assessments and Method Statements are carried out individually per job prior to any work commencing. Full public liability and employers liability insurance is held and the price for work includes these health and safety measures. Customers can view or request copies of the above at any time for their own records.
